VASCD and Virginia Ed Strategies are partnering to bring you a full-day learning experience for Work-Based Learning and the College, Career, and Civic Readiness Index!

This experience is perfect for Work-Based Learning Coordinators and High School Leaders, including principals, assistant/associate principals, and supervising administrators of work-based learning programs in schools.

Intended Outcomes:

• Deepen understanding of the College, Career, and Civic Readiness Index including components, requirements, and accreditation indicator
• Develop skills for networking with business partners and community leaders
• Strengthen your division or school plan for implementation
• Create a roadmap for building faculty and staff understanding and capacity for implementation
• Network with educators in similar roles throughout the Commonwealth

• Opening Keynote
• General Session with Information and Requirement Overview (WBL and CCCRI)
• Choice Panel Session (featuring: Division Leaders, School Leaders, and Business Partners)
• LUNCH
• Choice Breakout Session (featuring: Virginia practitioners)
• Closing Session (Networking and Reflection)
